We have recently installed a new riveting machine for the production of custom ring binders; the new piece of equipment enables us to insert the ring metals into the custom made binders at a very rapid pace thus enabling us to remain competitive during the increasing cost of labour and materials. The machine which runs front just compressed air feeds the rivets through a hopper either side of the ring metal and forces it over a closing tool between which is the custom made binders are placed.
